Based on the children's book by Diane Mayr, this Thanksgiving musical is sure to show another side of the holiday. What side you ask? The Turkey's. You've heard of a wild goose chase, but not a wild turkey chase! It is the day before Thanksgiving, which is a terrible day when turkeys stop living, so Turkey may not be giving thanks unless he can think of a way to escape. Clompity-clomp, here comes the farmer... and Turkey is off on his adventure. Along the way he meets delightful friends that show him what Thanksgiving is really all about.

Run, Turkey, Run! runs November 13th-21st at The Players' Ring (105 Marcy St, Portsmouth, NH 03801). Showtimes are Saturdays and Sundays at 10am, with an additional performance at 12pm on November 20th. The show runs about 40 minutes. Tickets are $18 General Admission and $15 for kids under 12, and can be purchased through The Players' Ring below. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test are required for patrons 12 and older.
